November order dispatch queries

We have received a few emails and messages from people asking about their orders placed in November and delivery details. Please note that ALL orders placed during the November order run, as per our schedule, were dispatched last week on Thursday the 1st December. You should have received an email confirming this with your tracking information that looks something like this:

Your tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXX

However when we try to email some people back to answer their query we are getting rejected emails as either (a) their email addresses do not exist (they have been typed in incorrectly) or (b) they are being rejected by their corporate email servers.

TO BE CLEAR – ALL ORDERS BETWEEN #6958 AND #7182 HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED, ALONG WITH #7184 AND #7185. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL PLEASE LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND VIEW YOUR ORDER STATUS.

Unfortunately here in the UK we are subject to postal strikes at present by Royal Mail staff that are affecting collections and deliveries so there are delays that we have no control over. Please refer to your tracking information for updates. It may take a few days for it to update at present for international orders until it leaves the UK and hits your local country postal services system.

IMPORTANT – If you selected an untracked service please DO NOT contact us as we cannot track your order. You will just have to be patient. Untracked means exactly that.. it is not trackable.
