Please note that due to the ongoing industrial strike action taking place here in the UK by a large number of Royal Mail staff, all collections, sorting and delivery / dispatch services are being seriously affected at the moment, including priority services, tracked, and signed for services, and therefore the majority of UK mainland and International deliveries are experiencing delays.
We have no control over this and apologise for the frustration it is causing with delayed deliveries and mis-information on tracked orders being provided by the Royal Mail website.
