Assassin Graphics processes personal data in a lawful and appropriate manner using all reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosures, modification or unauthorised destruction of the data.  Should you choose to provide personal information through filling out a form on our website, purchasing good or services from us via the website, or by emailing us or subscribing to our mailing list, this information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless specifically required by law, or for us to carryout our services (i.e. delivery of your order and therefore supplying your delivery address and phone number to a 3rd party carrier or postal service, technical support via 3rd parties that need access to the database), or with your express consent.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with our standard operating procedures and other IT enabled tools.

Keeping your data secure
In order to protect the information that we collect, Assassin Graphics maintains reasonable levels of physical, electronic and business/managerial security procedures.  Transmission of data over the Internet is never totally secure and whilst we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and, therefore, you do so at your own risk.  Assassin Graphics uses MailChimp to hold and manage names and email addresses for the purposes of bulk emailing our customers.

Data retention
Data is retained only for the time necessary for the purpose intended or to provide the service requested by you, or for a period required by law.  You can log in to your account on our website at any time and change or update your ‘customer details’. You can also unsubscribe instantly from our MailChimp contact system by clicking on the unsubscribe link on any of the email you receive from us via the MailChimp system. You can also request to have your details deleted from the ordering system on our website by contacting us directly using our contact form.

Where there are any links from this website or other electronic materials published by Assassin Graphics to third party websites of which we have no control over, Assassin Graphics accepts no responsibility or liability for any practices or content on third party websites.  You should review the privacy policies of these third party websites to satisfy yourself of their terms and how they govern the use of any personal information you may submit or are collected by cookies.

The information you supply will only be kept for as long as it is needed whilst you have a contractual relationship with us.  Once any orders are fulfilled you are free to have your details deleted from our system if you so wish. We may have to retain some details in order to comply with UK tax and accountancy regulations and best practice, or where postal tracking services have been provided.
