First off, thank you again for your patience in this matter, it has been a total nightmare for us (and other makers, small manufacturers, exporters etc..) over the past few weeks.
..but finally we are in a position to re-open EU destination orders. We have had to implement and utilise the services of a 3rd party shipping integration solution which has taken some time to set up, complete, and test.. but we believe we’re there now and the store is now open you you all.
A few things to be aware of:
- This new shipping integration only applies to EU destination countries – our normal shipping system for all other countries including the USA, the UK, Asia etc.. continues to operate and function as normal.
- At this time we can only offer DDU shipping to the EU. DDU = Delivery Duty Unpaid.
- Any duty or tariffs or taxes that are applied by your EU country, are to be paid by you on/before receipt of your parcel to the carrier / local customs office. They will normally contact you before delivery to arrange for any payment to be paid, prior to delivery. The costs shown for shipping in the checkout only cover and refer to postage / shipping – we are not responsible for the payment of, or for collection of any fees or duty or tariffs that may apply for any EU destination orders.
Depending on your order size or the number of items in your order, you may be presented with shipping options to choose from – it is down to you to select your preferred shipping option. Again this only applies to the new EU destination shipping system.
Whilst we have tested this to best of our abilities, if you do come across an issues, please let us know ASAP via our contact form here.
Thank you for your support and understanding in this matter.
