Data is retained only for the time necessary for the purpose intended or to provide the service requested by you, or for a period required by law.  You can log in to your account on our website at any time and change or update your ‘customer details’. You can also unsubscribe instantly from our MailChimp contact system by clicking on the unsubscribe link on any of the email you receive from us via the MailChimp system. You can also request to have your details deleted from the ordering system on our website by contacting us directly using our contact form.

The information you supply will only be kept for as long as it is needed whilst you have a contractual relationship with us.  Once any orders are fulfilled you are free to have your details deleted from our system if you so wish. We may have to retain some details in order to comply with UK tax and accountancy regulations and best practice, or where postal tracking services have been provided.
